According to PJM sources, Russian authorities approached the family and told them to get their belongings. They were taking them “to a better place.” The family said they did not want to go to “a better place.” But the authorities persisted and started taking them with their belongings to the Aeroflot flight to Tehran, at which point the 17-year old Kamalfar daughter produced a scissors and threatened suicide. The rest is unclear but the girl reportedly began to “foam at the mouth” and report paralysis in one arm. The family remains at the airport and did not get on the plane.
